The Need
Cameron first became involved in early 2013, in the wake of a revised business strategy that aimed to expand the service offering beyond core employment services, into all manner of community services. With many members providing services such as housing, apprenticeships, training, and Green Army, CoAct needed a unique brand that showcased a broad capability. Without this they risked being pushed out by the larger one-stop-shop competitors. Their sustainability depended upon having an identity that could win them recognition, contracts, and sponsorship.

The Method
Cameron worked with the staff, management, and board to develop the branding strategy, naming, and brand identity. He then creatively directed its roll-out across Australia, bringing in partners Reputation Australia to manage events and PR.

The Benefit
CoAct is now positioned as Australia's leading community services network and better placed to act as a platform for a broad range of collaborations.
